HORIGEN facility covers 26, 000 square meters with ISO13485, ISO9001, and SEDEX certified. It includes 3000 square meters of Class 100, 000 GMP cleanrooms and dust-free workshops, equipped with automated injection molding lines and 300 employees to contribute to a monthly output of up to 100, 000PCS breast pumps.
HORIGEN applies 100% online testing procedure which requires every breast pump to go through modeled online inspection including appearance, performance and aging test to guarantee quality before the packaging.
Moreover, QC room is set along with the production scene to conduct full of tests on finished products in terms of product performance and packaging.
HORIGEN also invested to set up several testing labs with assorted equipment for new product performance verification.
To care different market needs, HORIGEN has developed 6 product series of breast pump, baby feeding, mami daily, intelligent home, UV sterilizing and personal protective covering economical, medium and premium class markets.
